Return policy
We want you to love your LIAKONG jewelry. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review the terms of this policy carefully.
1. Return Eligibility
Timeframe: Items must be returned within 30 days of the original delivery date.
Condition: Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original condition with all tags attached and in the original packaging, including any certificates, cards, or presentation boxes.
Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or receipt is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, and due to the custom nature of certain items, the following are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged:
Any pierced earrings (e.g., studs, hinged hoops).
Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance."
Personalized, engraved, or custom-made items.
Items that have been altered, resized, damaged, or show signs of wear.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact Us: Email our customer service at contact@liakong.com within the 30-day window. Provide your order number and reason for return.
Authorization: We will review your request and, if eligible, provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions for return shipping.
Ship the Package: Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging. Include the RA number clearly on the outside of the package. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service. We are not responsible for return packages lost in transit.
4. Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases where the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item shipped).
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
5. Refunds
Processing: Once your return is received and inspected (which may take up to 10 business days), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment processor may take additional time to post the credit to your account.
Refund Amount: The refund will be for the price of the returned item(s) only. Original shipping costs and return shipping costs (unless due to our error) are non-refundable.
Restocking Fee: Returns that do not meet the "Condition" requirements in Section 1 may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20% of the item price or may be refused and sent back to the customer.
6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item for a different size or style, please return the original item for a refund following the process above, and place a new order on our website for the desired item.
7. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective item or an item that is incorrect due to our error, please contact us immediately at contact@liakong.com. We will provide a pre-paid return shipping label and will process a full refund or replacement as soon as the item is returned.
